Change is in the air!

Currently, there are a lot of transitions happening. There is the obvious, such as winter going into spring. The birds have come back, buds are poking up from the snow (and bare ground in many spots!), and it's getting warmer. Ski resorts are also closing soon, which means that I will have more free time, since ski team takes up four of my weekdays. This is also a sad thing for me, because I won't be skiing again until this summer, at which time I will be skiing at either Mt. Hood or Mammoth, or possibly both! In addition, I will once again start horseback riding instead of skiing. I'll be riding/leasing a horse named Lola!

This will be me in a few weeks! :)

The skiing at Ht. Hood is really fun! It's also a volcano!

The school days are also getting restless. Quarter four has just begun, which means summer is just around the corner. However, for me it's work all summer long! I will be getting early release for skiing next year, which means I need to make up my missed classes somehow. I will be taking three online courses over the summer: Computer Tech, Spanish 3, and PE (although I'm not sure how you take PE online). It will require more work, but it will also be a good learning experience. :) Speaking of learning experiences, I will be very busy next year! I'm taking all honors courses, the AP course, and will be skiing almost every night, so it will be a big change for me!
