Hello! This weekend was very fun for me! As you know, my main sport is ski racing...
Ok...I'm not that good, but I'm getting there! Anyway, I was up at Jackson Hole, Wyoming for a Super G ski race! I did alright, but the best part was the waffles. Between races on Sunday, I rode the tram up to the very top of the mountain. The tram held about 100 people, and it didn't smell the most pleasant, but the view was totally worth it. I could see the very pretty view below, and at one point I caught a glimpse of Corbet's Couloir, one of the most dangerous ski runs in the world. Here's a picture:

Scary, huh? Anyways, when we got to the top, it was very windy. I was afraid I would blow over! But I made it into Corbet's Cabin, a very small hut with about five tables. There, you can get the best waffles you will ever have. The flavors come in strawberry, peanut butter bacon, nutella, and maple sugar butter. The maple one is the best! It doesn't take too long for them to make it, and it very cheap! If you are ever skiing in Jackson, I highly recommend getting one! However, you have to be a pretty good skier, because you can only get down on black and double black diamond runs.
Well, that's it! See you on my next blog!
Great post, makes me want to be there with the pics and description of the mountain. And the waffles....I loooove waffles....
