The Mysterious Case

Hi!  I'm Julia Case.  I am thirteen years old and live in Park City, Utah.  My family consists of my parents, my younger sister, my dog and my cat.  I absolutely love to read, and this is what you will find me doing a lot.  I play volleyball for a club called Club Elevate in addition to playing tennis, downhill skiing, cross country skiing, hiking, biking, and swimming, although volleyball is my only competitive sport.  I also play the piano.  The environment is very important to me, and I really try to live environmentally-friendly.  In addition to this, I really care about school.  I have always had a 4.0 GPA, and I am sometimes told I take school too seriously.  Oh, well.  It's just how I am!

My mom is from Germany, making me half German.  I speak the language fluently, and German culture is very much a part of my life.  I spend about a month of each summer in Leverkusen, Germany, where my grandparents live.  This year, I will be going to school there from late April to early July.
